It’s hard to name one thing I am the most passionate about when I’m passionate about a lot of things. The obvious is my job– when I was in high school I had my first taste of nursing. I had the opportunity to intern at a local retirement home. It was a fun experience to connect with the elderly and listen to their stories. I went on to college, went through the toughest, stressful, miserable, but freeing time of my life. The four years were well worth it. I am able to contribute to my job inside and out. I love the relationships and friendships I have formed over the short years of being in a hospital. Something I am almost as passionate about is traveling. I need to be able to escape at stressful times, which is why I dream to be a travel nurse. I have a few more years to finish up some personal things, but after that, I hope to be on my way up to Hawaii as an ER nurse.
