I have had my feet for 36 years, they have held up well for the amount of work that they have endured, they have been used daily. I would say that my feet are sensitive as they are very ticklish.

My feet have a high arch, and I would say that I have wide feet they are a orient toe shape, I would say that my toe nails are perfectly fine no fungal infections or any conditions, they just break sometimes. My feet are also soft and hardly ever have any calluses. I am a UK size 7 foot.

I look after my feet by giving them at least 1 foot spa a week more depending on the weather.

I can seperate my toes like a toe separator does without the toe separator. All my toes are flexible.

I am going to get a Gait analysis done on my feet at my local running shop.

i have never had any serious injuries to my feet and I don’t have any foot conditions.

I mostly wear crocs, I have many different types I wear from flip flops, standard croc, platform croc and ballet flats, on the odd occasions I do wear trainers and heels.
