Hi! My name is Lyrik! I have been involved in gymnastics most of my life and now do affiliate marketing . I no longer compete I am too old, but I still offer private lessons to individuals. I still work out every day and I am actually stronger now than I was in my teens and 20’s! I work my vaginal and pelvic muscles every day also. These exercises are called “kegels” and are real, if you don’t believe me look it up. They are normally designed to help elderly women with bladder control problems. My personal trainer and I have changed the exercises to tighten vaginal muscles more than pelvic floor muscles to not allow anything out of the vagina rather than the bladder. It feels SO much better for men as I have been told, but honestly it is for me most of all. Doing kegels daily help women become sexually aroused easier, blood to flow to the area, and ability to orgasm much easier and longer. My legs and my feet are also very strong. I have very high arches from being so involved in athletics all my life. I said earlier I just came into my sexual prime, I say this because I can feel it! I want to have sex ALL THE TIME! I am a pervert now. My feet have always had power over men.. I have had many men many times comment on my feet and how sexy they are. They do have an undeniable power over men and they have helped me get my way almost every single time I have used them. I can’t talk about it but I can say I have put a tattoo that is a Celtic symbol for power and protection known as a “rune” on the inside of my left foot just above the arch. I have a few pics of it if you want to see it. It perfectly describes my feet- powerful and they can protect me! My feet can either hurt you or protect you also… you choose. If you choose protection you choose ultimate pleasure. You will get to see what they do for you in this arena. If they are protecting you though you most definitely benefit from this, you won’t get to see how they do this for you. If foolish enough to choose hurt, well you unfortunately will get to see how they do this to you, and it might be the last thing you ever see or see while capable to tell about.
