In my 20s I endured 3 foot surgeries to correct bunions I had from a very young age. The pain was excruciating and I always felt that my feet were hideous due to their scars. But I have through the years, finally embraced it all and am now proud of what I have..for to walk through life in fear is not living at all: we must run through it as if each corner of the journey were kissed with a field of daisies. |
